Technicien Géomatique et Statistiques Spatiales H/F

Job description

The position

Au sein du Département des Ressources Numérique de notre client, vous intervenez sur tout le cycle de vie de la donnée géographique en vous appuyant sur des procédures de production établies. Vous respectez la politique de sécurité du système d’information en vigueur au sein du DRN.

 

Les tâches associées au poste seront les suivantes :

  • Réaliser du Géocodage,
  • Réaliser des prestations cartographiques d’édition (cartes statistiques),
  • Traiter des données cartographiques,
  • Mettre à jour la base documentaire,
  • Exécuter le modèle de projection démographique et production d’une synthèse des résultats,
  • Mettre à jour des applications ESRI type Dashboard et Storymap,
  • Elaborer les algorithmes de calcul statistique et géospatiaux et les documenter,
  • Réaliser des analyses croisées,
  • Créer et gérer de l’information géographique (modéliser, intégrer, documenter, cataloguer, mettre à jour),
  • Réaliser des prestations cartographiques d’édition,
  • Produire des cartes web pour enrichir la plate-forme du SIG sur des supports finaux multiples : poste de travail, nomadisme, smartphone
  • Exploiter les données géographiques pour faire des analyses, de l’extraction de données, des requêtes, des statistiques, élaborer des cartes thématiques
  • Sourcer, récupérer et évaluer la qualité des données en fonction de la source de données.

 

Exemples de livrables :

  • Intégration de données dans l’entrepôt de données géographiques,
  • Production de cartes,
  • Réalisation de géocodage suivant un protocole établi
  • Assurer un reporting régulier,
  • Organiser et animer les instances nécessaires à la bonne conduite de la mission.

Profile required

Diplômé en géomatique vous disposez de 3 ans d’expérience minimum dans la géographie numérique avec une première expérience en géomatique.

  • Maîtrise des outils ESRI (ArgisPro) et QGis
  • Manipulation aisée avec FME
  • Connaissance technique des langages informatique de requêtage (SQL, ApiRest,…),
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team,
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft M365 (Access, Excel, Word), Sphinx, Qlicksense et PowerBI sur le volet statistique.

Yes, we hire end-of-study internships. These internships can then develop into permanent contracts (50% of internships transformed into permanent contracts by 2023).

We can take on work-study students subject to availability of places and the company/school rhythm, as some projects are not always compatible with a work-study rhythm.

The trial period is 4 months. This period may be renewed in certain situations, but not systematically.

Yes, when you arrive you'll be provided with a workstation complete with monitor, PC, keyboard and mouse. Office supplies will also be at your disposal.

Our company agreement provides for the possibility of remote work up to 2 days a week. Remote working is possible as soon as the trial period has been validated and provided the project allows it (for example, this is not the case for defense projects for reasons of confidentiality).

Our Toulouse and Courbevoie sites are accessible by public transport (metro and/or streetcar).
