Fort d’un effectif de 300 personnes, Magellium Artal Group, rassemblement de deux PME toulousaines (Magellium et Artal Technologies), se positionne aujourd’hui comme un acteur reconnu dans des domaines techniques et industriels pointus (Aéronautique, Spatial, Géo-information et Traitement de l’image).
Elle intervient sur le cycle de développement de logiciels et de systèmes sols complexes pour les secteurs du spatial, du contrôle aérien, de la défense et de la météo.

🔍 A propos du sujet :
Dans le cadre d’un projet national dans le domaine du contrôle du trafic aérien, notre société est en charge de la validation de système ATM nouvelle génération qui seront déployés dans les aéroports français.
Pour assurer cette activité, nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur validation et déploiement systèmes ATM.
🚀 Vos missions :
En tant qu’Ingénieur Validation et Déploiement, vous serez amené(e) à :
– Préparer et exécuter les tests d’intégration et de validation en usine et sur site.
– Analyser les anomalies système et lever les fiches de défauts associées
– Configurer les systèmes en fonction des spécificités des sites de déploiement.
– Déployer et valider le produit sur différents aéroports en France.
– Coordonner les intervenants (gestionnaires d’aéroports, centres de contrôle en route, équipes techniques).
– Assurer le support post-déploiement et participer à la maintenance des systèmes.
– Jouer un rôle de facilitateur entre les différentes parties prenantes.
Profile required
De formation Bac+5 en ingénierie, aéronautique, systèmes embarqués ou équivalent vous justifiez d’une première expérience dans le domaine.
🎯 Compétences attendues :
– Expérience en intégration, validation et déploiement de systèmes critiques.
– Connaissance des systèmes ATM (Air Traffic Management) et/ou des environnements aéronautiques.
– Compétences en tests logiciels et matériels, scripts de validation, protocoles de communication.
– Capacité à travailler en équipe et en interface avec plusieurs acteurs.
– Bonne communication et sens du relationnel
Dans le cadre de cette mission des déplacements fréquents sont à prévoir dans toute la France.

Do you hire trainees?
Yes, we hire end-of-study internships. These internships can then develop into permanent contracts (50% of internships transformed into permanent contracts by 2023).
Do you take on work-study students?
We can take on work-study students subject to availability of places and the company/school rhythm, as some projects are not always compatible with a work-study rhythm.
What is the recruitment process at Magellium Artal Group?
The process is fast! We first contact you for an initial discussion with the HR department by telephone or, ideally, on site at our premises. This allows you to immerse yourself in the company and discuss our vision, our values and the job's missions. Then, depending on the nature of the position, we propose a technical discussion with the project manager or the manager of the unit to which you will be assigned. How long is the trial period for an engineer?
The trial period is 4 months. This period may be renewed in certain situations, but not systematically.
Will I be provided with a work computer?
Yes, when you arrive you'll be provided with a workstation complete with monitor, PC, keyboard and mouse. Office supplies will also be at your disposal.
Is remote work possible?
Our company agreement provides for the possibility of remote work up to 2 days a week. Remote working is possible as soon as the trial period has been validated and provided the project allows it (for example, this is not the case for defense projects for reasons of confidentiality).

Our Toulouse and Courbevoie sites are accessible by public transport (metro and/or streetcar).
