The position
Au sein du DRN (Département des Ressources Numériques) et plus particulièrement de la DGO (Direction de la Géographie et de l’Observation) de notre client, vous prendrez en charge le pilotage de l’IDG.
Le Chef de projet infrastructure de données géographiques (IDG) assure le Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle (MCO) et de sécurité (MCS) des plateformes. Cela nécessite une coordination avec plusieurs acteurs au sein de la DSI cliente : la MOA, l’infogérant, les chefs de projets des applications tierces, ….
Une forte collaboration avec les différents éditeurs, des outils qui constituent l’IDG (ESRI, 1Spatial,…), est nécessaire.
Les tâches associées au poste seront les suivantes :
- Piloter les projets et opérations nécessaires au maintien en condition opérationnelle sur l’IDG,
- Assurer le suivi et le bon déroulement des procédures internes, notamment avec la DIS, ·
- Participer au support de niveau 3,
- Intégrer le backup organisé au sein de la DGO.
Exemples de livrables :
- Proposer les roadmap des montées de version,
- Piloter et suivre la mise en œuvre opérationnelle de ces montées de versions suivant les roadmaps validées,
- Proposer une stratégie de recette et l’appliquer lors des évolutions,
- Accompagner le client dans ses relations avec les éditeurs de logiciels,
- Instruire, rédiger et enregistrer les demandes de changement (montées de version, mise au catalogue de nouveautés, ouvertures de flux…) liées aux outils informatiques (FME, Autocad, ArcGIS Pro, plate-forme ArcGIS Entreprise…),
- Demander la planification et suivre les interventions des équipes informatiques (urbanistes, architectes, équipes déploiement serveurs, postes ou réseaux) en charge de l’installation des nouveaux outils,
- Participer au groupe de planification des interventions,
- Demander la planification et suivre les interventions des équipes informatiques,
- Assurer un reporting régulier,
- Organiser et animer les instances nécessaires à la bonne conduite de la mission.
Profile required
Vous disposez d’une formation de niveau bac+5 en informatique ou SIG et disposez de 7 ans d’expérience minimum dans la géographie numérique avec une première expérience solide en gestion de projet.
Compétences attendues :
- Excellente connaissance des outils géomatiques (ESRI, ArcOpole, FME, PostgreSQL…),
- Une bonne expérience des montées de version dans l’environnement ESRI,
- Très bonnes compétences en gestion de projet à forte dimension technique,
- Capacité d’écoute du besoin,
- Capacité d’animation et de coordination,
- Capacités rédactionnelles et esprit de synthèse,
- Forte capacité à travailler en équipe.

Do you hire trainees?
Yes, we hire end-of-study internships. These internships can then develop into permanent contracts (50% of internships transformed into permanent contracts by 2023).

We can take on work-study students subject to availability of places and the company/school rhythm, as some projects are not always compatible with a work-study rhythm.

The trial period is 4 months. This period may be renewed in certain situations, but not systematically.
Will I be provided with a work computer?
Yes, when you arrive you'll be provided with a workstation complete with monitor, PC, keyboard and mouse. Office supplies will also be at your disposal.
Is remote work possible?
Our company agreement provides for the possibility of remote work up to 2 days a week. Remote working is possible as soon as the trial period has been validated and provided the project allows it (for example, this is not the case for defense projects for reasons of confidentiality).
