Au sein du DRN (Département des Ressources Numériques) et plus particulièrement de la DGO (Direction de la Géographie et de l’Observation) de notre client, vous prendrez en charge le pilotage de l’IDG. Votre rôle sera de coordonner diverses ressources, dans les directions métiers, au sein du DRN et chez les fournisseurs retenus. Vous piloterez plusieurs projets en fonction de leurs tailles avec potentiellement des méthodologies différentes (agile, cycle en V, …). Vous appliquerez le processus de conduite de projet et respecterez la politique de sécurité du système d’information en vigueur chez le client. A ce titre, vous suivez et planifiez les projets qui vous seront confiés avec l’outillage déployé au sein du DRN.

Job description

Au sein du DRN (Département des Ressources Numériques) et plus particulièrement de la DGO (Direction de la Géographie et de l’Observation) de notre client, vous prendrez en charge le pilotage de l’IDG.

Votre rôle sera de coordonner diverses ressources, dans les directions métiers, au sein du DRN et chez les fournisseurs retenus.

Vous piloterez plusieurs projets en fonction de leurs tailles avec potentiellement des méthodologies différentes (agile, cycle en V, …).

Vous appliquerez le processus de conduite de projet et respecterez la politique de sécurité du système d’information en vigueur chez le client. A ce titre, vous suivez et planifiez les projets qui vous seront confiés avec l’outillage déployé au sein du DRN.

Les tâches associées au poste seront les suivantes :

  • Écouter et analyser les besoins exprimés par les utilisateurs en amont du projet
  • Piloter opérationnellement les différentes phases d’un projet en lien avec les maîtrises d’ouvrage, les différentes parties prenantes du DRN et les fournisseurs
  • Animer des ateliers techniques, être force de proposition
  • Définir la conception technique et rédiger les spécifications
  • Rédiger et suivre les marchés publics avec l’expertise et l’assistance de la cellule de gestion du DRN
  • Chiffrer et suivre les réalisations
  • Rédiger les documentations techniques
  • Organiser les formations fonctionnelles et techniques
  • Animer les comités de suivi, les comités de projet et les réunions de travail
  • Organiser ou réaliser la mise en production et la maintenance corrective ou évolutive des solutions logicielles SIG

  • RACI, planning, comptes rendus, suivi des actions, suivi des risques,
  • Suivi de la sécurité et de la conformité
  • Suivi des activités et des ressources avec le progiciel SciForma
  • Suivi budgétaire et contractuel, procès-verbaux (VA, VSR, recette, …)
  • Bilan de projet, Formalisation des retours d’expériences

Profile required

Vous disposez d’une formation de niveau bac+5 en informatique ou SIG et disposez de 7 ans d’expérience minimum dans la géographie numérique avec une première expérience solide en gestion de projet.

Compétences attendues :

  • Maîtrise des technologies d’éditeur du secteur (ESRI, ArcOpole, …) ainsi que leur intégration dans un SI
  • Maîtrise des bases de données (PostgreSQL), des outils (FME, ESRI model Builder) et du langage Python
  • Très bonnes compétences en gestion de projet à forte dimension technique
  • Connaissance des outils topographiques et DAO (Autodesk)
  • Capacité d’écoute
  • Capacité d’animation et de coordination
  • Capacités rédactionnelles et esprit de synthèse
  • Strong ability to work in a team

Yes, we hire end-of-study internships. These internships can then develop into permanent contracts (50% of internships transformed into permanent contracts by 2023).
