Com' kit

The use of the media resources of the MAGELLIUM ARTAL GROUP communication kit is authorised on a non-exclusive basis to private or public partners with whom MAGELLIUM ARTAL GROUP maintains business relations ("User") as part of their internal and external non-commercial communication on paper or digital media.

 
MAGELLIUM ARTAL GROUP, as holder of the moral and proprietary rights, retains full and complete intellectual property rights to the media resources provided in the communication kit.

 
The User agrees not to use the media resources of the MAGELLIUM ARTAL GROUP communication kit in a context that would be detrimental to MAGELLIUM ARTAL GROUP and/or contrary to the legal and regulatoryprovisions of the country in which the content is used.
